This year, the theme “Invest in women, accelerate progress” resonates deeply, urging societies, governments, and businesses to prioritize investments in women’s empowerment to expedite positive change worldwide.

In recent years, the motor industry has seen a gradual shift towards greater gender diversity and inclusivity. Women are increasingly making their mark in traditionally male-dominated fields such as engineering, design, manufacturing, and leadership. Their contributions bring fresh perspectives, creativity, and valuable skills to the table, driving innovation and enhancing the industry’s competitiveness on a global scale.
